Legal Issue: A case has been registered against the accused under relevant sections of Indian Penal Code for alleging duping a man of Rs. 6.5 lakh on the pretext of helping him get a government job.
Legal Opinion: In my opinion, I stand with the duped man Krishnan as he has been fooled in the pretext of getting a government job. The accused should be fined and punished and should return the money of Krishnan as in a situation of pandemic, there are lot of unemployment problems and in this situation, people should try to help as much as possible but nowadays people are just causing more frauds and problems. Therefore, justice should be served and the accused should be punished accordingly.
Conclusion: The case has not been decided as now only a FIR has been registered against the accused under relevant sections of Indian Penal Code for alleging duping a man of Rs. 6.5 lakh on the pretext of helping him get a government job.
