2. Track Option: Click on ‘Track your Complaint’.
3. Log in/Verify: Enter the mobile number you used to file the complaint and verify it using the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your phone.
4. Enter ID: Type in your 14-digit or 16-digit acknowledgment/reference number received via SMS when the complaint was filed.
5. View Status: Your dashboard will instantly display the stage of your complaint (e.g., Submitted, Assigned to Cyber Cell, Under Investigation, or Resolved). [2, 3] 

If your complaint is related to an online financial fraud, did you dial the 1930 helpline within 24 hours of the incident? This is critical for getting the police to temporarily freeze the receiving bank accounts. [4, 5, 6, 7]
